Animation and high spirits prevailed at ETMA’s team building initiative, which took place at Picoto Park, and brought together over 100 employees, this year.

Metlorgia, ForceOnes and Sem Regras were the podium-winning teams, but ETMA was, without a doubt, the true winner, thanks to the learning, commitment and sharing demonstrated by its employees during each task and activity.

From the choice of the team name, which had to have exactly nine letters, to the battle cry, with the name of three opposing teams, to the adventure activities – together it all contributed to a very productive and fun day.

The aim of the event was to develop competences related to team work, leadership, conflict management and interpersonal relationships, combined with recreational and social aspects.

The novelty at this year’s event was the participation in the ECO Pink Run, a solidarity walk for breast cancer prevention. ETMA sponsored this event, not just for its solidarity nature, but also for the importance of this matter in the current society.
