ETMA Metal Parts is one of the companies involved in the TechParts project, a R&D project aimed at creating a decision-making support system regarding preventive maintenance activities of fast-wearing tools.
The TechParts project was recently presented at 360 Tech Industry, which took place at Exponor. The ultimate goal of this event was to present the latest news in industrial innovation and the most recent projects of national companies.
Co-funded by the Norte 2020 programme, TechParts is being developed in partnership with Pragmasoft, CATIM – Centro de Apoio Tecnológico à Indústria Metalomecânica [Technological center for the metal working industry] and the University of Minho.
It is worth emphasising that innovation is one of ETMA’s greatest strategic investments, in the ever more demanding area that is metallurgy and metalworking, in order to respond to the wide range of requests from its clients.
