Annual event – 2017 edition
Our annual event of 2017 took place in the last September 23rd, at Parque Aventura DiverLanhoso.
This event has the purpose to increase team spirit within ETMA family, through the participation of all employees in structured activities, in contact with Nature. Challenges are always fun: games and cooperative assignments which everyone embraces naturally and in a sense of common bond. And there’s always the group lunch, which is undeniably one of the most awaited moments.
The importance of team building
Team building exercises are always an opportunity to develop a deeper knowledge between work colleagues and that, for sure, will lead to a more cohesive working team. We think it’s an opportunity to indirectly reinforce the alignment around goals as the exercises arouse individuals to find solutions to team problems which, by the end of the day, will always translate into a positive outcome in terms of productivity.

Working is not the only factor that bounds us. A proof of it is the enthusiasm and team spirit everyone demonstrated in this annual event and the joy we witnessed at the convivial lunch!
