WHAT IS BRAZING?
Brazing is a metal joining process that uses a filler metal with a melting point lower than that of the base materials. During heating, this material melts and flows by capillary action between the parts, filling the joint area and creating a strong bond without melting the main components.
In practice, this technology makes it possible to join fittings, tubes, bushings, connections and small metal components, while maintaining the integrity of the parts, dimensional precision and stability of the assembly.
By enabling a uniform and controlled joint, brazing is particularly suitable for parts where the quality of the joint directly influences the functionality of the final component.
WHEN DOES BRAZING ADD VALUE?
In many industrial projects, complexity does not lie solely in the geometry of the part, but in the function it must perform over time.
