ETMA has made two new investments in its range of manufacturing equipment.

Due to growing environmental concerns and customer demands, ETMA has acquired for the Surface Treatments sector a second, next-generation vacuum cleaning machine with automatic door and loading.

This new equipment, which has made it possible to increase and improve the capacity of washing and degreasing parts, uses modified alcohols, contains a built-in continuous distiller, a primary filtration grade of 10-50 µm, and a secondary fine filtration grade of 1-10 µm, complemented with frequency-modulated ultrasound, which ensures the removal of small particles in difficult holes.

As part of the New Tools sector, this fast optical laser cutting machine aims to support customers’ rapid prototype and pre-series development for the design of the final tool.
Featuring 1000w power and built-in structure (oscillator and Fanuc computer numerical control), its main characteristics are:

  • 1kw laser source, which cuts up to 6mm of carbon steel;
  • High performance/cost ratio – its simple design can process the most commonly used materials.
