In its machine park, ETMA already had Bihler machines suited for medium and high series in Wire Forming.
Continuing its commitment in this productive process, ETMA makes another investment creating a robotized production cell, adding an ABB robot to its Robomac machine. This robot will allow an automated production for more complex parts, with low cost investment in tools suitable for medium/low series.
This Robot will also allow parts that require second operations – by press, welding, etc. – to be produced in a continuous mode, having the robot for the transfer between machines/processes.
It will also allow for parts to be packed automatically.
ETMA therefore increases its competitiveness and flexibility in 3D wire forming, having the capability for answering not only the most complex and demanding requests in large series but also in medium/low series.
